Grand Lake Fly Fishing Class
At Kirks Flyshop Grand Lake, we offer fly fishing lessons and classes tailored to equip you with the skills to master Colorado's waters and beyond with your fly rod. Navigating the art of fly fishing can pose challenges without proper guidance, which is why our guide staff ensures a seamless learning experience in a laid-back and enjoyable curriculum. Our aim is to empower you to become a skilled angler, capable of catching trout independently following your fly fishing class.
Learn From An Instructor
Our Grand Lake fly fishing classes take about four hours in total, which begins with two hours of rigging, knot tying, bug identification, and casting. After you have the basics dialed in, you will take your newly acquired skills to the river after a light lunch. With a number of local waters to choose from, your fly fishing instructor will take you to a quality fishing hole to learn how to read water and catch fish. After you are done, you will be able to successfully fly fish Grand Lake on your own.

Cost: $250/guest
Where: Grand Lake, Colorado
When: Available May 1st through September 30th, 3 pm – 7 pm each day
All necessary equipment included - rods, reels, waders, etc.
