The Rocky Mountains are an oasis for everyone, and at Kirks Flyshop Grand Lake, we’re proud to help people find the perfect fishing spots. Whether you’ve taken a guided fishing trip before or not, there’s something about filling your lungs with clear mountain air and casting your line over crystal clear mountain waters that simply cannot be matched. If you haven’t experienced fishing in the Rocky Mountains, now is the time!

As long-time anglers ourselves, we’re on a mission to customize a fishing trip just for you. We know all the best spots, we have access to incredible private water, and we’re excited to share! Our trips are scalable, customizable, and able to handle any number of participants. You get to choose whether it’s a long hike to a high country lake, or a riverside easily accessed by car. You also get to choose the length of your trip. For a truly unique fishing experience, we can even take you on an overnight trip with our pack llamas. Either way, you’ll get a friendly guide and we’ll sweat the details so you don’t have to. The cost of your trip includes the following:

• Guide
• Flies/Lures
• Reel
• Rod
• Waders
• Snack (four-hour trips)
• Lunch (six- and eight-hour trips)

The price does not include gratuity or a Colorado fishing license, but we sell Colorado licenses in our shop! Our trips are an incredible way to try fishing without breaking the bank on a bunch of gear. A 50% deposit of the total cost is due when you book your trip and the balance is due the day of the trip. We look forward to seeing you!

CANCELLATION POLICY - We fish rain, snow or shine. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled trip you will lose your deposit.  Trip deposits will be refunded, minus $50, if canceled more than 48 hours before your scheduled trip.
